Chat GPT Training
In June, Kanokla welcomed Troy Tabor, the Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship at Wichita State University’s College of Innovation and Design. Known for his deep knowledge of artificial intelligence, Mr. Tabor led a practical and engaging workshop on AI basics, with a special focus on ChatGPT.
What is ChatGPT? ChatGPT is an advanced language model developed by OpenAI. It is designed to understand and generate human-like text based on the input it receives. It uses machine learning techniques to provide coherent and contextually relevant responses.
In other words, ChatGPT is like a smart helper you can talk to using your computer or phone. Imagine having a conversation with someone who can answer your questions, help you write letters, or even tell you interesting facts. You type in what you want to know or ask for help with, and ChatGPT gives you a response. It’s like having a knowledgeable friend available anytime you need!
Here are some ways ChatGPT can assist us in our daily work and tasks:

• Help generate ideas for articles, blog posts, social
media content, and marketing materials.
• Assist in drafting emails, reports, and other written documents.

• Proofread and edit text for grammar, style, and coherence.
• Assist with translations between different languages.

Our team training with Mr. Tabor was a success, with 21 Kanokla employees joining in. The goal was to clarify some of the buzz surrounding AI and show how ChatGPT can be used in everyday business tasks. Mr. Tabor emphasized that AI, including ChatGPT, was not meant to eliminate jobs but to transform them. He referenced how programs like Excel had also revolutionized how we do work in the past. Mr. Tabor’s session highlighted how AI, and tools like ChatGPT, are becoming essential in today’s business landscape. By embracing these technologies, businesses can stay ahead of the curve and improve how they operate.
